Penniversary is built to work entirely on your iPhone. This policy explains, plainly, what that means.

What Penniversary stores

Penniversary stores the following information, only on your device:

• Occasions you create (names, dates, categories, reminder settings)
• Gift and dinner entries you log (titles, costs, notes, dates)
• Photos you attach to entries

All of this is saved locally using Apple's SwiftData framework, in your app's private storage on your device. None of it is sent to us or to any third party.

What Penniversary does not do

• We do not collect, transmit, or have access to any of your data
• We do not use analytics or tracking SDKs
• We do not show ads or share data with advertisers
• We do not require an account, login, or internet connection
• We do not access your photo library beyond the photos you explicitly choose to attach via the system photo picker

Notifications

If you enable reminders, Penniversary schedules local notifications on your device using Apple's notification framework. These reminders are generated and delivered entirely on-device and are never sent through our servers, because we don't have any.

Data deletion

Since everything is stored only on your device, deleting the app deletes all of its data. You can also delete individual occasions, entries, or photos at any time from within the app.

Children's privacy

Penniversary does not knowingly collect any information from anyone, including children, because it does not collect information at all.

Changes to this policy

If this policy ever changes, the updated version will be posted on this page with a revised date at the top.
